Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling
The Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling approach focuses on your thoughts and behaviours, looking at relationship patterns developed from childhood, and how these make you feel in the 'here and now'.
Counselling is a safe place to work things out through conversation that is gently guided by your therapist, offering you the time to offload and look at different ways of coping with your thoughts and emotions. It is a place where you learn to understand and recognize your feelings, and where your therapist empowers you to lead beneficial changes you need in your life.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between therapist and client that enables a heightened state of awareness reached through using skilled relaxation techniques.
This in turn allows suggestions that challenge outdated beliefs made and accepted by the subconscious. The client is always in control of the session and will never be made to reveal information that they are not inherently comfortable with sharing.

EFT (emotional freedom technique)
EFT is a technique which uses gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points to release negative emotional states, thereby helping with almost all of our life problems, including, interestingly, our physical issues.
Tapping works surprisingly well for most people and when used appropriately its effects are usually found to be permanent. You can stimulate these energy meridian points (as indicated in the photo) by tapping on them with your fingertips – tapping into your body's own energy and healing power. Your body is more powerful than you can imagine, filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing.
Some or all of these techniques may be used in a session to address your specific need.
